The rest of Asian countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam might getting the updates later before the end of this year because some of European countries already got it too.

English language is always included in all ROMs.
samsung should make only the same firmware in every country so that every sgm gets the latest version always
